Returns Policy

We want you to love your Edward Teach tee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns We accept returns on any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Email us at sales@edwardteach.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us
4. Once received we'll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days

Exchanges Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Just let us know in your return email and we'll sort it out.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
